Because we use holistic and natural ingredients without harsh artificial preservatives, our treats stay fresh for up to 24 months from the date of manufactured unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 30 days for maximum freshness

Standard shipping is completely FREE on all orders of $50.00 USD or more(before taxes and after discounts). For orders under $50.00 USD, standard calculated carrier rates will apply at checkout.

Due to the perishable nature of pet food and treats, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened bags for safety and hygiene reasons. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 30-Day Resolution Guarantee—if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at customerservice@dogtreatnaturals.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will gladly process a replacement or a refund.
