SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dog Treat Naturals. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

United States Domestic Fulfillment Only

Territory Restrictions Dog Treat Naturals provides shipping and distribution logistics exclusively to physical addresses located within the United States. We do not provide international shipping services. Any orders submitted with an international shipping destination will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Customers are welcome to personally transport purchased items abroad following successful domestic delivery, but our corporate logistic liability concludes upon carrier delivery within the United States.

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Orders $40.00 USD and over (Within the United States): FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Domestic Orders under $40.00 USD (Within the United States): A flat Standard Shipping rate of $7.99 USD applies.

  • Subscription Orders: Free shipping applies strictly to domestic subscription orders within the United States that meet or exceed the $40.00 USD minimum threshold before taxes and after all subscription discounts are applied. Subscriptions with a final value below $40.00 USD will automatically incur standard shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on carrier capacity and regional location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders — Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at customerservice@dogtreatnaturals.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a clear photo of the product or packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Please retain all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
