PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

When you purchase a subscription ("Subscribe & Save") with Dog Treat Naturals, you will receive repeat deliveries of our premium pet treats. These automated shipments are processed based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency that you select during checkout (e.g., every 2, 4, or 6 weeks).

Payment and Automatic Charges Your payment details will be stored securely by our e-commerce platform (Shopify), and your payment method will be charged automatically for each of these scheduled recurring deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time.

Cancellation and Modifications (48-Hour Notice) If you want to cancel, skip, or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel or make changes to your subscription at least 48 hours before your next renewal/billing date.

If a recurring subscription payment has already been successfully processed, that final order cannot be cancelled or intercepted at our fulfillment center; it will be fulfilled and shipped, and your cancellation will take effect for the subsequent billing cycle.

How to Manage Your Subscription Your order confirmation emails have direct links to your customer profile. You can securely manage, pause, update shipping addresses, change payment methods, or cancel your subscription from there.

Returns and Refunds Due to the perishable nature of pet food and treats, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened products. See our Return and Refund Policy for more details on how we handle product issues, damages, or refund requests.
