RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Dog Treat Naturals. We want you and your pet to love our products, and we are here to help if you encounter any issues.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Due to the perishable nature of pet food and treats, our products are classified as non-returnable. To ensure absolute safety, quality, and hygiene standards for all pets, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened bags at our fulfillment centers.
Damages and Issues (30-Day Guarantee) While physical items cannot be mailed back, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day resolution policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item to report an issue and request a replacement or refund.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.

Include a brief description of the issue and a clear photo of the product or packaging, including the expiration date/lot number if visible.
Refunds and Replacements Once we evaluate your claim, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved for a replacement, a new package will be shipped to your domestic U.S. address at no additional cost. If approved for a refund, you will be automatically credited via your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
